It could be stronger than Sceptile too honestly but that's debatable. Overall analyzing its feat in SM77, I'd say Dusk Lycanroc(even without Z-move) definitely is stronger than Snorlax. Making it evident that without the Sitrus berry, Dusk Lycanroc definitely could have 3-0'd Nanu, if Ash didn't make the mistake of forgetting Stone Edge.Īnd after all this of course, Dusk Lycanroc beats Nanu's strongest Pokemon, his ace, Alolan Persian, stronger than Nanu's Krookodile and Sableye, which has its own Z-move(Black Hole Eclipse), whilst using his own Z-move in the precess too(Continental Crush). So it's evident that if Ash didn't make the mistake of forgetting Stone Edge and used it earlier, Dusk Lycanroc would have beaten it without taking nearly as much damage it took from Sableye. Once he uses Stone Edge, Sableye gets instantly eviscarated. But if we see the battle, its clearly evident, it was Ash's fault for contsantly spamming Rock Throw beforehand, as he forgot about Stone Edge. Yeah, Dusk Lycanroc needs a Sitrus Berry after that, which helps it too win against Nanu's ace Alolan Persian later. Nanu's Sableye was portrayed as quite a bit stronger than his Krookodile, and Dusk Lycanroc, despite having quite some trouble, knocks it out with one Stone Edge. Nanu's Krookodile was definitely not a joke Pokemon by any means, just check its previous battle with Dusk Lycanroc(and a matter of fact is that Dusk Lycanroc was decently good at that point of time too, even before that Dusk Lycanroc could hold on for a bit against Gladion's Type:Null, a Legendary calibre Pokemon), and just look how easily Dusk Lycanroc dispatched it tn the rematch, literally low difficulty. With all of this in mind is DL stronger than Snorlax? My vote is an emphatic yes!Ībsolutely no doubt that as of now Dusk Lycanroc has definitely surpassed Snorlax!!! It should also be noted that DL didn’t faint, so we don’t know how that battle would’ve gone had Bulu not prematurely ended the battle Mid/Post-training DL tanked multiple super effective strikes from Tapu Bulu and dealt it seemingly significant damage with Stone Edge.

Pre-training DL is able to land multiple hits on Type : Null (a legendary albeit not at full strength) with its first Accelrock in particular dealing notable damage. DL basically fought Nanu’s 3 Pokémon with the equivalent of 125% of its max health since Sitrus Berries heal 25% of one’s max health The same Krookodile proceeds to loose to post-training DL with relatively low diff and makes the least contribution towards damaging it out of any of Nanu’s Pokémon
Nanu’s Krookodile should be decisively above pre-training Dusk Lycanroc(even with DL’s rage issues factored in). Well the episode has happened now it’s time to cast in your votes! Some things to note:
